Dying

When you die in Oberin your character becomes a ghost. All of the items in your inventory will remain on your corpse. Any other creature can loot your corpse once you are dead.

Ghosts can do little to affect the real world. They can be seen by other players, but they can't communicate, except with experienced clerics. To a ghost the world appears grey and dreary. You can roam the world, but you can't have any real affect on it.

You can ressurect your character by entering a sacred temple. Temples can be identified by their sacred blue flames. High level clerics also have the ability to resurrect.
