Using Skills

Choose "Skills" from the "View" menu (Command-K) to display the skills window. Skills that can be actively used will have an activate button next to their names. Click the activate button to use the skill. Skills that have a purely passive use will be used automatically when appropriate.

Your skills will slowly rise as you use them. Skills that you use most often will rise the fastest, while skills you never use will remain unchanged. Depending on your class some skills will not be available to you, or will be capped, meaning you can only progress in them so far.
