Application for Purchase and Declaration of Title

Location: NW of Brigobaen, SE of Raven Shield Hall, due S of Leper Island, due N of Abashiri Hall. (N.B. Please refer to reference thread)
Amount(s): Yet to be negotiated.
Rationale:
This dwelling has been abandoned for longer than anyone can remember. As a resident of Port Gast for many years, I have taken to using this spot for fishing, cooking, and sleeping. In other words, I am claiming squatters rights (aka adverse possession) on the property.
Clarification:
I do not wish to start a guild, nor do I wish to have this dwelling locked down so only I may enter. I want this property to remain open, and free for all to use but with a sign indicating itís new name and, if possible, a public chest to hold some basic supplies to be used and shared by passers by.
Public Inquiry:
This notice shall serve as notice to all Oberinites of the impending change of title. Any concerns should be publicly voiced at this time.
Conclusion:
Solidifying this agreement will be a benefit to the citizens of Oberin. The public forge and chest will make traveling and doing business in the Merchant Sea easier and safer for everyone. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to arrange the details.

I would be okay with "Fishing Shack", but I agree that "Dark Shack" could smell of evil.
The party will need to be epic. That new 'bat game' would be good, though perhaps difficult without a nearby bank. Maybe we could have duels. Duels would be nice.
I would die of course, thus leaving it a memorial shack.
